Shipping 

Post cost is auto calculated based on weight and your postcode. 

Post cost can be checked in your cart. Add the item to your cart, view cart and enter your postcode  in the calculate shipping option. 

Some larger items will be freight only. Please contact us for a freight quote on any larger item that  does not calculate post cost. 

We will usually ship within 2 business days of order being received. If this cannot be done due to  unforeseen circumstances we will contact you to advise of this. 

We may be on holidays at certain times during the year. This will be displayed on the website. All items will have tracking and insurance.  

International customers 

We are currently only sending within Australia and some items to New Zealand. New Zealand customers please contact us for a freight quote. 

Returns 

If you change your mind items can be returned. Please contact us first and depending on the size of  the items we can supply a return label. The return label cost will be deducted from the refund.  Original post cost will not refunded. 

My product arrived damaged 

All items are insured. Please inspect on arrival and if damaged contact us within 7 days. A photo will  be required by email. We will replace item or if out of stock will refund in full. Depending on item we  may require it to be sent back. A prepaid post label will be supplied in these cases.
