What are the delivery charges for the online shop?

Delivery charges will depend on the item weight and your postcode. Post is automaticallycalculated at checkout.
Post cost can be checked before checkout. Add the item to your cart, view cart and enter yourpostcode in the calculate shipping option.

Which payment methods are accepted in the online shop?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal and Afterpay. Bank deposit can be arranged ifthis is preferred.

How long will delivery take?

We will usually ship within 2 business days of order being received. If this cannot be done due to unforeseen circumstances we will contact you to advise of this. Delivery time from then will depend on Australia Post.

Under normal circumstances we aim for: 

Same state: 2–5 business days 

Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days 

How secure is shopping in the online shop? Is my data protected?

Credit card transactions on our website are handled by Stripe. Stripe exceeds the most stringent security standards using ssl encryption and are PCI compliant level 1. 

Our website is security assured by SSL encryption.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once we receive your order it will be processed, packed and posted out within 2 business days. A tracking number will be sent.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes an invoice will be emailed to you.
